With our 15-plus years involved in the wedding industry, this luxury service is for the couple who desire the extra touch when it comes to planning their big day. With our thorough planning service, STL takes over all details, making sure your wedding is as perfect as you’ve always dreamed. Our full planning service includes the following but isn’t limited to:

• Unlimited guidance, advice, and assistance in all areas of your wedding, as well as unlimited in-person, phone, zoom and on-site meetings

• Vendor and venue recommendations, based on a carefully curated list built over time, through experience, ensuring that you’re in the best of hands

• Attendance at main vendor and venue meetings to ensure all needs are met and nothing is overlooked (for distance clients, we can be your proxy for local venue and vendor team).

• Unlimited planning check-in meetings via in-person, over zoom, or phone

• Design assistance – we refine your wants and desires with your custom mood board when it comes to the overall look and decor aesthetic for your wedding. We take care of materials on the day of including florals from florist and third-party rentals, as well as plan the logistics of bringing it all together. This includes set up and removal of all decor

• Assistance with budgeting - priorities established at the beginning of planning with a budget tracker

• Creation and management of day of timeline, with distribution to venue and vendors before the big day

• Rehearsal of ceremony coordination before you officially walk down the aisle. We make sure you and your wedding party know exactly what to do to make the ceremony flawless

• Day of onsite management and point of contact for all vendors, venue and wedding party, making sure that all parties involved know where they should be at all times, ultimately taking the stress off of you as a couple

• During the planning process, all STL couples are assigned their own wedding page through our planning platform. Here, we can stay on track and in constant communication, every step of the way. This is where we create timelines, design, track budgeting, and vendors.

• Vendor and venue management throughout Contract review, question fielding, communications

Coordination

Starting at $2,500 (day-of) and $3500 (custom lead-up)

Our coordination services are for the hands-on couple who enjoys planning aspects of their wedding but needs a little help bringing it all together. We work with couples throughout the year to guide them. As their big day gets closer, we take over communication with vendors one month beforehand to make sure all details are perfectly in place. Our coordination services include the following but isn’t limited to (coordination will be custom based on your needs of day of or lead up):

• Sky’s the Limit offers lead-up and day-of coordination. The choice is yours, based on your budgetary needs

• Depending on the services you choose, included is guidance on planning, budgeting, vendors and venue, and decor/design

• Four coordination check-in meeting - in person, over the phone, zoom and on-site visits to ensure your big day is perfect

• One-month of communication take over with vendors and venue so that you can be sure that no detail is overlooked

• Day of timeline preparation and ceremony rehearsal coordination, making sure that your walk down the aisle is flawless

• Design assistance – we refine your wants and desires with your custom mood board when it comes to the overall look and decor aesthetic for your wedding. DECOR & DESIGN

For the couple who prefers to plan handle all the details on of their wedding, but desire that magazine worthy looking aesthetic for your big day, leave the design and set up to us! Our decor and design services include the following but isn’t limited to:

• we refine your wants and desires with your custom mood board when it comes to the overall look and decor aesthetic for your wedding. We take care of materials on day of including florals from florist and third-party rentals, as well as plan the logistics of bringing it all together. This includes set up and removal of all decor

• With our ten plus years of experience in wedding design, we offer the most on trend, flawlessly decorated event in the industry. Our team works tirelessly onsite to pull every detail together, leaving no detail undone, bringing your Pinterest board to life

• Services include site visits to our third-party rental company to pull items for design, full set up and removal of all decor and products, arrangement of florals and third-party rentals, including logistics of delivery and pick up

• Set up and tear down of all decor accessories that belong to the couple

SMALL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE

For the couple who has more simplistic approach to wedding planning with a guest list under fifty people. Sky's the Limit can offer a paired back custom planning service, depending on your desires for planning/coordination and/or design.

If you're planning and designing your wedding yourself, or you’re on a budget, but need a little help along the way? We’ve got you covered!

• Sky’s the Limit is now offering one-on-one, sixty-minute planning sessions where you can ask us anything, planning related over Zoom or telephone. We can assist in timeline and budget review, contract review, advice on vendors and venues (including recommendations), design and floorplan review, as well as wedding prep beauty recommendations

• Each meeting concludes with an "ask us anything" session.

• All couples receive a step-by-step wedding planning checklist, a budget tracker as well as an exclusive STL offer

• You don’t have to be an STL couple to book and you’re not obligated to book our services at any time afterward

• Choose from our one-time consultation with the option to book additional meetings after your first at an exclusive price point

• Option to add on a super fun VIP wedding consult where you can invite up to 4 guests to make it a party with local goodies and some bubbly from STL, as a well a special gift for the bride!
